Not receiving Ganib Notification email

Hi Team,

After i add in the resource and then hit submit the page gets stuck, as shown in the below screenshot, the page keeps showing as busy but doesnt go forward. But when i check the resource list from other window i can see that the resources has been added but a notification email hasn't gone out. For new resource to be added it would be difficult it will have the link to register for first time users.

Please check and revert asap.

I have provided below the proper format of the SMTP Setting. Please verify mail configuration in your tomcat context.xml file.

name="mail/GanibSession"
auth="Container"
type="javax.mail.Session"
mail.debug="true"
mail.transport.protocol="smtp"
mail.smtp.host="localhost"
mail.smtp.auth="true"
mail.smtp.port="25"
mail.smtp.starttls.enable="true"
mail.user=xxxxxxxx
password=xxxxxxx
mail.smtp.socketFactory.class="javax.net.ssl.SSLSocketFactory"
/>
Also, please note that if you donot have the need of authentication, Please make 'mail.smtp.auth=false' also provide proper SMTP details in above format in your tomcat context file.
 
If you still have issues with mailing please provide error logs so that our developement team can assist you properly.
