Editing Schedule Properties

Hi,

1 - I can't change the time to 09:00 AM.
When I save, and enter again, the time is 11:00 AM.
I'm from São Paulo, Brazil, and I think the Time Zone is causing some issues.
Schedule

2 - Related to that, I can't change the date from my first task, to start my plan.
My first task was in 26/Feb/2015, but the system only accepts 27/Feb.
