is there any way to use Rachota insted of gtrack?

I use both software and gtrak doesn't record properly the time (it lags between the time shown in the task list and the total time shown in the amount of working hours, and it seems to transmit only a portion (of a few minutes) to the server of the worked hours

OR to have the ability to manually adjust the time in gtrack as in Rachota

I use win7 x64 ultimate
the Ganib server is hosted on your free service

thx

Hello,

Thank you for approaching us.

When you capture time on a particular task, it gets reflected on the progress bar after a certain amount of time. But, the time tracker is continuously on until and unless you stop interacting with your system, which in case, generates a notification and lets you resume back to tracking time.

If you have missed some time tracks, you can manually add it from Plan module in Ganib. To see how to track time from Plan module, Please refer below link:

http://help.ganib.com/faq/content/4/67/en/capturing-work-for-each-user.html

Ganib provides gtrack in integration with itself and so it can only work with gtrack. Any other time tracking tools used will not record and reflect the captured hours into Ganib.

If you still have any other concerns, Please feel free to communicate with us. We are happy to help you.

Happy Using Ganib.

Thanks,

Jaclyn
