How to move from 1.3 to 2.0?

Can I simply download and configure version 2.0 to point to a 1.3 database without losing data? Or is there any database changes in the new version?

No Data base changes are required.. You can directly download and use Ganib 2.0

I've downloaded ganib 2.0, extracted to a different directory and pointed to the same database.
(will move back to 1.3 for now)
Accessing Dashboard is still broken, but now I cannot acces Plan, nor Calendar getting the following error:
