tomcat server is not started up fully when deploy ganib.war file

Hi Team,

Sorry, we are unable to give remote access to you.

However, when we start up the tomcat server is not started up fully. It throws below exception when server try to deploy the ganib.war file. Please assist to me.

Hello,

The logs you have sent here are only the startup logs and are not containing the ganib logs. Can you please send 'tomcat7-stderr.log' file?

Also, maybe the ganib.war is not properly extracted in the webapps folder. Please try to extract it manually and then relaunch the application. Kindly let us know the results.
