@Jaclyn I tried to register on the help website but I never get the email with the activation/password so I am not able to see the help you referenced :/

We will look on the problem related to the email,Hope you did checked with spam as well..
However..Registration or Login is not required to view the content of the URL posted above..
Are you not able to access the URL directly?

Hi,
There is no relevance to login/register in to faq to view the content..It should be accessible for any user.Just check if you can able to access http://help.ganib.com/faq either..

@Jaclyn now that I saw your printscreen I was trying to access it with Portuguese on the language combobox (this was set automatically, maybe due to my Locale) I changed to English and could see the help :) Thanks
