I have Tomcat 6, fully updated on current version of Centos.

We have tried to reproduce this issue from our side.
 
Can you Please install Ganib 5.1 WAR file again on your system and let us know the results?
If you are still facing any issues, We request you to let us have a remote access to your system and we would install it for you.

While waiting on response on this thread, I tried something else.

I installed latest version of virtual machine, published on forums. Then I updated it to latest version of Ganib (downloaded latest version, and applied all *.sql updates).

This way, everything is working, without any problems.

So I'm suspecting there could be some simple thing on OS.

I will install all updates that are available, and will see if it will still work normally.

This week I will also try to create a fresh centos install and install tomcat and latest war, as you suggested.
